Strategist (Creative/Branding)

The Strategist develops compelling narratives and innovative strategic solutions for brands and campaigns. An intuitive problem-solver and dynamic communicator, the Strategist works with critical thinking and sharp cultural literacy in collaborating closely with the Creative team.

  • Conduct data-driven and creative research in identifying project objectives and client needs
  • Develop comprehensive strategic solutions for brands and campaigns, aligning with project objectives and client needs
  • Engage and communicate with clients and project stakeholders proactively and effectively
  • Provide across-the-board guidance and input on the branding team’s strategic and copywriting needs
  • Partner with the Creative Director in creating compelling and creative pitches and presentations to clients, adhering to an objective-driven, pragmatic perspective
  • Initiate content ideation as well as phasing and scheduling for strategic efforts
  • Collaborate with the Creative team by ensuring project milestones are met, working in alignment with the project objectives and brand strategy
  • Analyze reports of branding, campaign and social media projects to extract insights that inform strategy
  • Lead the upkeep of the Creative team’s strategic thinking and workflow with dynamism and innovation, and always with a pulse on culture and best practices

2–4 years of experience in brand, communication, or design strategy within creative, advertising, or marketing agencies, consultancy, or adjacent fields, with demonstrated involvement in research and strategic frameworks.




Project Manager (Creative/Branding)

The Project Manager leads the coordination of creative projects and serves as the primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders. By leading the logistics of every phase, they ensure our creative work stays on track, on brand, and on time—from start to finish.

  • Lead project team and clients in planning and defining project briefs, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Establish and manage comprehensive documentation and timelines for tasks, projects, and campaigns, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear and regular communication and understanding of project goals.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Manage internal resources and task delegation, setting clear expectations and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular debriefing sessions and post-project analyses.
  • Lead upkeep of filing systems and team softwares.
  • Coordinate external logistics by contacting suppliers, photographers, stylists, and other partners as needed.
  • Attend photoshoots and other production events if need be, ensuring efficient and effective workflow and alignment with project goals and parameters.
  • Foster a disciplined and collaborative team environment, setting the tone for professionalism and creativity.
  • Take an active role in reviewing and improving team and project workflows and software management, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Support in managing social media accounts by posting content and engaging with the audience

2-4 years of project or accounts management experience in creative or advertising agencies, or adjacent industries.
